ข้อตกลงในการจ้างงาน

- ใช้งานส่วนตัวไม่ใช้เชิงพาณิชย์ กรณีใช้งานเชิงพาณิชย์ให้แจ้งมาพร้อมกับตอนสั่งงานด้วยนะคะและจะคิดราคาเพิ่มจากราคาที่ตีผ่านบรีฟแล้วเพิ่มมากหรือน้อยขึ้นอยู่กับว่าใช้งานกับอะไรค่ะ
- ตลอดงานสามารถสั่งแก้งานได้ 3 ครั้ง หากต้องการให้แก้งานเพิ่ม จะคิดค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติมในการแก้ไขมากน้อยขึ้นอยู่กับเนื้องานที่ต้องแก้
- หลังส่งไฟล์งานเรียบร้อยแล้ว จะไม่มีการแก้ไขงานใดๆเพิ่มอีก
- ห้ามบุคคลอื่นนำงานคอมมิชชั่นไปรีโพสต์ยกเว้นนักวาด ผู้ว่าจ้าง และคนที่ได้รับอนุญาตจากผู้ว่าจ้าง
- ผู้ว่าจ้างสามารถตัดแปลงหรือแก้ไขคอมมิชชั่นที่ได้รับไปได้โดยไม่จำเป็นต้องแจ้งให้ทางผู้วาดทราบ
- ขออนุญาตินำงานคอมมิชชั่นทุกงานที่ไม่ใช่งานเชิงพาณิชย์ไปอัปโหลดขึ้นตามช่องทางต่างๆ เช่น IG, Twitter หรือ Facebook เพื่อเก็บเป็นพอร์ตสะสม ในกรณีที่ผู้ว่าจ้างไม่ต้องการให้นักวาดนำผลงานไปเผยแพร่ที่อื่นกรุณาแจ้งมาด้วยนะคะ
- โอนเงินเต็มจำนวนก่อนเริ่มงานโดยไม่แบ่งจ่าย (กรณีจ้างงานมากกว่า 1000 บาทขึ้นไปเท่านั้นจึงจะแบ่งจ่ายทีละครึ่งหนึ่งได้) และจะยังไม่ทำการส่งไฟล์งานสมบูรณ์แบบไม่มีลายน้ำให้เด็ดขาดหากโอนเงินยังไม่ครบจำนวน
- หากแคนเซิลงานจะสามารถเรียกเงินคืนได้ในกรณีที่ยังไม่เริ่มงานเท่านั้นและเรียกคืนได้เพียงครึ่งหนึ่งของราคาที่จ่ายมา แต่หากมีการเริ่มงานไปแล้วจะไม่มีการคืนเงินใดๆทั้งสิ้น
- ในกรณีที่เราไม่สามารถทำคอมมิชชั่นต่อได้เราจะเป็นฝ่ายโอนเงินคืนด้วยตัวเองโดยจะโอนคืนเต็มจำนวนทั้งหมดนะคะ
- ในการจ้างงานเชิงพาณิชย์ ห้ามนำชิ้นงานไปใช้งานนอกเหนือจากที่ตกลงกันไว้ก่อนรับงาน หรือนำงานไปขายเป็น NFT โดยเด็ดขาด ในกรณีที่ต้องการใช้งานนอกเหนือจากนั้นให้ทักกลับมาสอบถามหรือติดต่อพูดคุยกันก่อน หากฝ่าฝืนจะถือเป็นการทำผิดสัญญาจ้าง เบื้องต้นจะถูกนำชื่อขึ้น blacklist และอาจจะมีผลอื่นๆตามมาโดยไม่มีการแจ้งเตือนใดๆ

ขั้นตอนการทำงาน

1) หลังได้รับบรีฟและสลิปแจ้งโอนเงิน จะทำการสเก็ตช์ภาพร่างส่งไปให้ตรวจเช็ค
- กรณีที่ลูกค้าไม่ได้บรีฟมาให้ตายตัวจะส่งภาพร่างให้เลือกว่าต้องการแบบไหน หากเลือกภาพร่างแล้วจะไม่สามารถขอเปลี่ยนไปใช้ภาพร่างอื่นๆ ในภายหลังได้นะคะ หากต้องการให้แก้ไขหรือปรับคอมโพสกรุณาแจ้งภายในขั้นตอนนี้ให้เรียบร้อย2) ตัดเส้น3) ลงสี หรือลงสกรีนโทน
- ก่อนจบงานจะส่งตัวอย่างงานที่เสร็จแล้วแบบมีลายน้ำให้ตรวจเช็คก่อน(กรณีที่ไม่ได้โอนเงินเต็มจำนวน) ถ้าหากต้องการให้แก้ไขอะไรกรุณาแจ้งในขั้นตอนนี้ทันทีเลยนะคะ
- หลังส่งไฟล์งานเรียบร้อยแล้ว จะไม่มีการแก้ไขงานใดๆเพิ่มอีก หากต้องการให้แก้งานเพิ่ม จะคิดค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติมในการแก้ไขมากน้อยขึ้นอยู่กับเนื้องานที่ต้องแก้4) งานที่เสร็จแล้วจะถูกอัพลง GoogleDrives แล้วส่งให้ทาง inbox หรือ e-mail ที่แนบมา

ระยะเวลาทำงานส่วนใหญ่ต่อชิ้นงานมักจะไม่เกิน 1 เดือน ช้าเร็วขึ้นอยู่กับคิวงาน และเราจะส่งอัพเดทให้เสมอเมื่อถึงขั้นตอนทำงานถัดจากเดิม เช่น สเก็ตช์ → ตัดเส้น เป็นต้นถ้าหากมีระยะเวลากำหนดที่กระชั้น หรือ น้อยกว่า 1 อาทิตย์ให้รีบแจ้งด้วยนะคะ ปักหมุดเดดไลน์มาเลยได้ยิ่งดี จะได้วางตารางทำงานได้แบบไม่ขาดตกบกพร่องค่ะ

หลังจัดการส่วนของเส้นเสร็จแล้วจะเทสีพื้น และลงเงาบาง ๆ ให้ 1-2 ชั้น

Work Process

1) Brief and Sketch
- After payment has been received. I'll start this process and send a sketch (if you don't have any fixed composition I'll send the sketch with 2 different compositions for you to choose.)2) Linework
- It'll come after you confirm or choose the sketch.
- If the type of commission you choose doesn't have this process, we'll skip this one.3) Screentone or Coloring- After finishing this process, I'll send the last work progress to you. Please make sure that the whole picture is complete for you before being accepted.
- Every time before going to the next process, I’ll send the work progress to you. In case you want me to fix something please notify back immediately, and I’ll modify it.4) Final proof and send file
- The work will be uploaded on Google Drives, Arty, or DA stash and will be sent to your e-mail.
- After sending a finished piece, there will be no more editing. If you want me to modify the artwork, there would be an extra charge and you have to wait for the queue.When it's in your queue, the commissions will finish in 1 month unless you commission on a large scale, in case I get into some trouble, I’ll note it back to you.If the deadline is less than one week, please inform me immediately. I’ll see if I can manage my schedule, and yes, there will be more charges.

character references: all references about your character that you can give to guide me.

composition: describe the composition you want in text or picture.

file's format: ex. png/jpg/psd
file's size: the standard size that I use for commission work is start at A4(2480x3508px) 300 dpi. if you want any specifil size, please fill this one.
e-mail: for sending invoice, work file and contact with.After receive your message, note or an e-mail I'll contact back in 1-3 days.- Incase you want to change file size, please tell me before I started to work.
- For commercial use, the cost will increase from the chart.
- I can use only simple English, so please make your request brief and easy to understand.

Clean lineart, clear detail, and added screentone on full quality work.
Recommended for the scene that has a storytelling of the character.
